Sometimes I can't get my Sims to do electrical stuff when they're singed, so: Option 2 - Have her piss herself in front of an electrical appliance and then stand in the puddle and try to upgrade/tinker with it. Doesn't have to be on her lot either, it could be on a public lot. Option 1 - have her get singed somehow (fire spell, shock from fixing electronics, mauled by bear in catacombs) then have her try to fix or upgrade something electrical. Carl's guide says the more complex the electronics the higher chance of zap. I had a butler die while fixing the dishwasher standing in a puddle. But, i know that theres a mod that adds guns to the game. What about electrocution? If a Sim tries to fix anything electrical while singed or while standing in a puddle they can get electrocuted. If you mean just clicking someone and telling your sim to kill, i dunno. (edited to add: you were right, clumsy Sims are more likely to start fires while cooking, so if you don't mind starting a fire you could try that.)

I think you might be right about the clumsy trait but I can't find anything to back it up at the moment. Unlucky trait prevents you from dying accidentally because Death takes pity on you.
